3D GLW SiO2 Ceramic Glass Cleaner, 16 oz

3D GLW SiO2 Ceramic Glass Cleaner does two jobs in one pass. It cleans the glass, and it leaves a Silicon Dioxide barrier behind that keeps working after the towel is put away. 3D describes it as creating a hydrophobic barrier that enhances water, rain and fog repellency, which is the difference between wipers that clear a windshield and rain that rolls off it on its own at speed.

3D calls the formula optical grade and streak free, aimed at a contaminant free surface with the highest level of clarity, and lists it as shielding against dirt, dust, UV rays and other contaminants. Night driving is where a clean coated windshield shows its worth, since haze and film are what turn oncoming headlights into glare.

Spray and wipe, working on cool glass out of direct sun, and use a dedicated glass towel so you are not spreading wax residue around. 3D lists it for windows and mirrors, in the car and out of it. This is the 16 fluid ounce trigger bottle.
