Meet Cleo&Hooman
Cleo&Hooman is not Sniff and Shift. They are a dog grooming brand in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and every dog wash product in our Wash Bay is sold through Shopify Collective and shipped to you directly by them. We do not make, stock or ship any of it.
What they make
Shampoo and conditioner duos that Cleo&Hooman describes as pH-balanced and hypoallergenic, made for sensitive and allergy-prone skin, in scented and fragrance-free versions; a silicone paw cleanser; and a lightweight paw and nose lotion. The product descriptions are theirs; we do not add claims of our own.
How ordering works
- Your order goes to Cleo&Hooman through Shopify Collective and usually ships within two business days from Lawrence, MA, with its own tracking number.
- Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout and is separate from our free treat shipping. Treats in the same order still ship from us in Pennsylvania.
- Returns go back to Cleo&Hooman. Email support@sniffandshift.com with your order number and we will start it for you.
- Discount codes and Garage rewards apply to Sniff and Shift products only.
Why a treat company sells dog shampoo
Bath day is a training session in disguise. A gentle shampoo and a pocket of single-ingredient freeze-dried treats get a reactive dog through it. Sniff and Shift earns a commission on these sales; the treats are still the point.
