Wheels take the worst of it. Brake dust bakes on, road film builds in the barrel, and tires go brown long before the paint looks tired. Cleaning them first, before the body, also keeps that mess from splashing onto panels you have already washed.

This collection has dedicated wheel cleaners and brake dust removers, including iron reactive formulas that change color as they work, wheel and tire combination cleaners, tire dressings in matte and high gloss, ceramic tire coatings and wheel brushes, from 3D and P&S in pint through five gallon sizes. For baked on grime step up to degreasers and all purpose cleaners, wash the body with car wash soap and foam, and keep dedicated towels, bottles and accessories for wheel work.
