How ordering works
Add Rooted Owl items to your cart alongside treats and check out once. Your Rooted Owl order goes to Rooted Owl through Shopify Collective and usually ships within one business day from New York, in its own package with its own tracking number. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout by Rooted Owl and is separate from our free shipping on treat orders over $50; a mixed order pays the supplier's rate plus treat shipping, or free treat shipping over $50. Rooted Owl items are not eligible for our free local delivery.
Who ships my order?
Rooted Owl does, from New York. Treats ship separately from us in Pennsylvania.
Is this the right supplement for my pet?
We cannot tell you that, and we do not try to. Read the maker's description and ingredient list on the listing and ask your vet, who knows your pet's history and medications.
What if it arrives damaged or I need a return?
Returns go back to Rooted Owl, not to us. Email us and we will start it with them.
Can I use a Sniff and Shift discount code on supplements?
No. Our codes apply to treats we make.
