Purina Pro Plan Adult Urinary Tract Health Chicken & Rice Formula is a specialized dry kibble food made for adult cats, in a 3.5 pound bag.

Purina describes this recipe as formulated to help maintain urinary tract health by reducing urinary pH and providing low dietary magnesium. The brand says it is made with real chicken and includes linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, to nourish skin and coat, plus calcium, phosphorus and other nutrients for strong bones and healthy joints. Purina’s own guaranteed analysis lists crude protein at 31 percent minimum, crude fat at 14 percent minimum, crude fiber at 2 percent maximum, moisture at 10 percent maximum, magnesium at 0.075 percent maximum, calcium at 0.7 percent minimum and phosphorus at 0.6 percent minimum. Purina does not publish an AAFCO nutrient adequacy statement in the label text we have on hand, so check the bag for that statement.

The first ingredients Purina lists are corn gluten meal, chicken, wheat flour, rice, whole grain corn, beef fat and dried egg product.
