The books here are sold through Shopify Collective and shipped to you directly by Books by splitShops, typically in about 2 days, with their own tracking. Not made or shipped by Sniff and Shift. Unopened books return to Books by splitShops within 30 days; email us first and we send the label. Books are the one line on this site with a 30 day return window, because the treats and food from our kitchen are final sale. The training treats are ours, made in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
