2 Hounds Design describes itself as woman owned for more than 20 years, manufacturing the Freedom No-Pull Harness plus dog collars, leashes and more in North Carolina. Its Freedom Harness product page says the harness is made in North Carolina with globally sourced materials, with stainless steel hardware and a Swiss velvet lining. The product descriptions, sizing charts and fit guidance on each listing are the maker's own; we do not add claims of our own.
Getting the size right
2 Hounds Design's own rule: measure all the way around the largest part of the chest, right behind the front legs, with a soft tape, then choose the smallest size that still fits your dog. For martingale collars, choose the smallest size that goes over the head. Each listing carries the maker's size chart; measure before you order, because sizing is the customer's call under the maker's terms.

Your 2 Hounds Design order goes to 2 Hounds Design through Shopify Collective and ships from Indian Trail, North Carolina, in its own package with its own tracking number. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout by 2 Hounds Design and is separate from our free shipping on treat orders over $50; a mixed order pays the supplier's rate plus treat shipping, or free treat shipping over $50. 2 Hounds Design items are not eligible for our free local delivery.
Can I return or exchange a harness that does not fit?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a label from 2 Hounds Design; email us first and we will start it. Worn or fitted items and custom items cannot be returned, so measure before ordering.
Who ships my order?
2 Hounds Design does, from Indian Trail, North Carolina. Treats ship separately from us in Pennsylvania.
Is there a warranty?
2 Hounds Design offers its own guarantee against manufacturing defects under its published terms, and sells a separate chew-damage replacement warranty on its own site. Both are administered by 2 Hounds Design; we will point you to the right process.
Can I use a Sniff and Shift discount code on 2 Hounds Design?
No. Our codes apply to treats we make.
