How it works

  1. Add treats, a gift box, or the 12 Days of Sniffmas calendar to your cart.
  2. Tick "Add a free e-card" on the product page, or press the e-card button in your cart.
  3. Choose an occasion and a look, then write up to 500 characters. Add a photo if you like. The preview updates as you type.
  4. Add the name of the person getting it, their email if you want it sent, and check out as usual.

The card opens once the order is paid, so nobody reads a card before the treats are on the way. The link sits on your order confirmation. Right now you send it yourself, by text or email or however you talk to that person. Email delivery straight to the recipient is being switched on, with a second note that carries the tracking number when the box ships.

The designs

Ten occasions, four looks each: Classic, Playful, Photo and Car Culture with the checkerboard band. Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Year, birthdays, gotcha days, a new puppy, just because, get well, and thank you. Tap a chip to filter, tap a card to open a sample in a new tab.

Good to know

  • Free with any order. One card per order, or one per item if the box is going to more than one person.
  • Up to 500 characters for the note, plus a headline and a sign-off if you want them.
  • Add your own photo, JPEG or PNG up to 6 MB. It sits in the card on any look, and we keep it only as long as the card.
  • Cards open after the order is paid. A card you start but never order expires after 48 hours. Paid cards stay up for a year.
  • The recipient's email is used for the card and the shipping note only. It never joins a list.
  • Want paper instead? From the cart, gift wrap is $5, a hand written greeting card is $5, and a pop-up card is $10. You can browse and watch the cards before you pick. The advent calendar and the gift box have the same choices on their own pages.
