It comes in 1.5 ounces, 2 ounces and 4 ounces. Start with the 1.5 ounce bag if your dog has never had tripe, or if you have never smelled it. The 4 ounce bag is for the house that already knows. Does freeze dried tripe for dogs need refrigeration?

No. Once it is freeze-dried it is shelf stable. Keep the bag closed, in a spot that is cool and dry.
