How the three differ
Liver is dense, crumbly and the strongest smelling of the three — the usual jackpot reward. Green tripe carries a barnyard funk most people dislike and most dogs do not. Heart is lean muscle meat, chewier, and the mildest of the three, which makes it the easy starter for a dog new to organ treats.
