Black Friday Dog Treats: How Our Sale and Partner Items Work
Share
Black Friday dog treats at Sniff and Shift come with 33% off on every treat we make, from Friday, November 27 through Monday night, November 30, 2026. There is no code to enter, because the price on the page is already the sale price.
We make single ingredient freeze-dried and air-dried treats in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and we also carry gear from other makers. This page covers what the sale includes, which of our bags to pick for a December treat jar, how the partner items work, and what is left out.

Stocking a December treat jar
We make more than four treats, but these four do different jobs, so they make a sensible starting set. Each one has a single ingredient and nothing else added.
Liver, the one that goes first. Freeze-dried beef liver is our number one treat, so it is the bag we would expect to empty first. The pieces are medium and break easily in your fingers, which turns one piece into several small rewards. We score it 5 of 5 for training value. Once a bag is open, use it within 30 days, resealed and kept cool and dry. The best-by date is printed on the bag, and the date is one year from the day it was made.
Heart, the one that snaps small. Freeze-dried beef heart is firm and snaps into small pieces for quick rewards. It is milder than liver, so it makes a good second bag when you want some variety at training time. It also scores 5 of 5 for training value.
Cheddar, the small crunchy one. Freeze-dried cheddar cheese bites are small and crunchy, not soft, and they are not greasy. We score the crunch 4 of 5 and the training value 5 of 5. They travel clean in a treat pouch or a car. This one contains dairy, so it is not suited to dogs with dairy sensitivities.
Chicken feet, the long crunch. Air-dried chicken feet are a different kind of treat. They are a chew, not a reward you hand out in pieces. Each foot is about 4 inches long, 2 inches wide and an inch thick, and crunchy all the way through. Shape and color vary a little because it is a natural product, and some sharp edges are possible. Small dogs start with a piece. The label says to supervise while your dog chews and to discard small pieces if they present a swallowing hazard.
Picking bag sizes
Liver and heart each come in 1.5 ounce, 3 ounce and 6 ounce bags. Cheddar comes in one size, an 8 ounce bag. Chicken feet come in packs of 6 or 18.
We cannot tell you how many bags your house will go through. That depends on how many dogs you have, how small you break the pieces and how often you hand them out. If you are not sure, start with the smaller bags of liver and heart, and remember that liver is best used within 30 days of opening.
The labels on all of these say the same thing in different words: feed as a treat or reward, it is not a complete diet, give fresh water and supervise. If your dog is on a special diet, ask your veterinarian before adding anything new.
The partner gear side
Shopify Collective is a program that lets us list items from other makers in our store. We do not make those items. The maker packs and ships each one, so partner items are sold and shipped by their makers and ship separately from our treats.
For the same four days, partner items are at our cost plus the card fee. The percentage differs by partner, so we do not print one number here. The price on each page is the one that counts. You can browse the partner items on sale in their own collection.
Small Business Saturday
Small Business Saturday is November 28, the day between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We are a small shop that makes its treats in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and the same sale applies on that Saturday as on the other three days.
Reading the page on the day
Think of it like a table at a car show: the price on the card is the price. Each product page shows the sale price, so there is no code to type and nothing to hunt for at checkout. If a product page shows a price, that is what you pay for a one-time purchase.
If you are shopping for someone else's dog, our treat-first gift guide and our Christmas gift ideas go through what to pick.
What is not included
Subscriptions, gift cards and bundles sit outside the sale. The sale is for one-time purchases only, so a recurring order or a bundle keeps its regular price. Items from other makers follow the partner pricing above.
