The short version
From Friday, November 27 through Monday night, November 30, every treat we make in our Malvern, Pennsylvania kitchen is 33% off, and every partner item sold through Shopify Collective is at our cost plus the card fee. No code. The 33% comes off at checkout, and the sale bar on each page says so. Treats ship from us within one business day, and orders over $50 ship free.
What is 33% off
Everything from our kitchen: single ingredient, freeze-dried or air-dried in small batches. The whole list is in the Black Friday dog treats collection. The bags we would stock up on:
- Freeze-Dried Beef Liver: the bag that empties first.
- Freeze-Dried Beef Heart: firm pieces that snap small.
- Cheddar Cheese Bites: the crunchy one.
- Air-Dried Chicken Feet: about 4 inches of crunch.
- Freeze-Dried Raw Quail Eggs: whole, shell and all.
- Freeze-Dried Beef Tripe: green tripe, the one that smells like it should.
- For the cat: salmon, sardines and minnows.
The gift ready packs are in the sale too: the Beef Liver 3-Pack, the Cheddar Bites 3-Pack and the Beef Trio take the 33% on top of their everyday pack pricing.
Partner gear at our cost plus the card fee
The toys, collars, harnesses, books, car wash gear and the rest of the partner lines in the shop are sold and shipped by their makers through Shopify Collective. For the sale weekend we price them at what the makers charge us plus the card processing fee, so we break even on them; we would rather you had the gear. Each partner item carries its maker's name on the page and ships separately from treats, on the maker's schedule. The whole set is in partner gear at our cost plus the card fee.
Small Business Saturday
Saturday, November 28 is Small Business Saturday. We are a small kitchen in Chester County with one dog on the payroll, so the whole weekend counts for us. If you shop it, thank you. The Small Business Saturday page has the short version of who we are and what to start with.
Why the sale is on the treats
We would rather have more dogs on our treats than a bigger margin on one weekend. Liver, heart and cheddar are the bags people come back for, so the sale is built to get a first bag into a house that has not tried them. If your dog is on a special diet, ask your veterinarian before you try anything new.
