Meet Up Dog Shop
Up Dog Shop is not Sniff and Shift. They design treat pouches, treat-dispensing toys and lick toys, and every Up Dog product on this site is sold through Shopify Collective and shipped to you directly by them. We do not make, stock or ship any of it.
What they make
The One-Hand Treat Training Pouch, a silicone pouch you open with a squeeze so the other hand stays on the leash; the Odin, a modular treat-dispensing puzzle toy that can be clipped together with a second Odin to make the puzzle harder; and the Ubbe, a lick toy you fill and freeze. The product descriptions are theirs; we do not add claims of our own.
How ordering works
- Your order goes to Up Dog Shop through Shopify Collective and ships from them with its own tracking number, separately from anything we pack in Pennsylvania.
- Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout and is separate from our free treat shipping.
- Returns go back to Up Dog Shop. Email support@sniffandshift.com with your order number and we will start it for you.
- Discount codes and Garage rewards apply to Sniff and Shift products only.
Why a treat company sells pouches
Because a pouch is the difference between a treat in your pocket lint and a treat delivered on time. Fill it with freeze-dried treats, load the Odin with a scoop of cheese bites, and the training session runs itself. Sniff and Shift earns a commission on these sales; the treats are still the point.
