Deboned Lamb opens the ingredient panel, followed by Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Turkey Meal and Lamb Meal, so a whole meat protein and two meals from lamb and turkey make up most of the early list before the grains take over by weight further down. The manufacturer's product page prints two slightly different calorie figures for this same recipe in two separate copy blocks, 380 kcal per cup in one and 355 kcal per cup in the other, and both are carried here rather than picking one. Simply Nourish formulates the recipe for adult dogs and recommends feeding it dry or moistened with water, once or twice a day, adjusted to the dog's weight and body condition. A seven day transition schedule mixing the new food with the old is printed on the page for dogs switching from another diet. Dogs who lose interest in a rotation often take it again with a single ingredient freeze dried topper crumbled over the top.
