L'OE is planted in the middle of downtown Pottstown, so your food plan for the weekend is bigger than one concession row. Here's what we've confirmed from L'OE's own pages.
Sunday's food truck court
For the main Sunday show, the current L'OE vendor page lists a food truck court at the west end of the show, 6 E High Stwhere High Street crosses the river at Manatawny Street, with covered seating. Seven trucks are named on that page:

Downtown Pottstown options
L'OE's own food page isn't really a truck roster, it's a pointer toward local Pottstown restaurants, with a note that the show's food vendors are local to the 19464/19465 ZIP codes. It specifically calls out Fire Birdz, Charlotte Street Coffee, and iCreate Cafe / Plant Bite for vegan options, plus Argento's, and links out to discoverpottstown.org for the wider restaurant scene downtown.
What we don't know
Neither L'OE's food page nor any other page we checked states a policy on outside food, coolers, or pets at the food court. If that matters to your plans, ask L'OE directly rather than assuming either way.
