SodaPup products are sold through Shopify Collective and shipped to you directly by SodaPup in Longmont, Colorado, usually within one business day, with their own tracking. Not made or shipped by Sniff and Shift. Our freeze-dried treats are made in Malvern, Pennsylvania and ship separately from us.

Are seasonal slow feeders only sold during winter?
They are available year-round on our site. Seasonal designs do not sell out or disappear, so you can order one in any month.
Does the holiday design slow eating differently?
No. The Pine Tree eBowl works exactly like any other eBowl. The only difference is the visual pattern on the surface.
Can I use the Pine Tree bowl year-round?
Yes. If you like the design, use it all year. There is nothing that limits it to winter months only.
