Dog Park Etiquette (and Finding the Right Park)

Dog parks are wonderful when they go well and stressful when they do not. Most of the difference is etiquette: watch your dog, not your phone; step in early; leash up at the gate; and know when your dog has had enough.

Finding the right park matters too. The Sniff and Shift App maps dog parks marked by pack members who were actually there, with notes on whether they are fenced, have water, or run off-leash.
