3D GLW SiO2 Ceramic Wash, Pint

3D GLW SiO2 Ceramic Wash is the soap step of a home wash, with ceramic Silicon Dioxide built into the formula. It suds heavily so the dirt lifts instead of dragging, and the hydrophobic polymers in it let a mitt or towel glide across the panel rather than grab at it. 3D describes it as a pH neutral shampoo that washes without damaging the clear coat, and the SiO2 in it leaves a thin layer of ceramic wax behind that repels water and acidic etching after the car dries.

Use it the way you would any wash soap: rinse the car, mix the soap into your bucket or foam cannon, wash panel by panel from the roof down, then rinse and dry. 3D does not publish a dilution ratio for this one, so follow the label on the bottle. This is the pint, which is 16 fluid ounces and the right size to see whether a ceramic wash is worth keeping in the rotation before you commit to a gallon.
