3D Gray HYDRO-FIL Ultra-Thick 1200 GSM Microfiber Towel, 20 x 24 in

The gray HYDRO-FIL is the 20 by 24 inch version of 3D's 1200 GSM drying towel, blended 80 percent polyester to 20 percent polyamide and rated by 3D at about two gallons of absorbency. The smaller size is easier to control one handed, which is why a lot of people keep the extra large towel for panels and this one for door jambs, mirrors, sills and everything else that still drips after the first pass.

Glide it over the surface instead of scrubbing, and fold it into quarters so you can keep turning to a dry section. Because the pile is thick and the face is scratch free, it lifts water without dragging grit. Keep one in the trunk for rain and car wash days. Wash it separately from cotton with a detergent made for microfiber, leave out the fabric softener, and tumble dry on low heat so the fibers stay open and absorbent.
