3D Gum & Tar Remover

Gum and Tar Remover is the bottle you reach for when something sticky will not wash off. It is a solvent that dissolves gum, tar, adhesive residue, stickers, glue, tree sap, emblem tape, rubber streaks, grease, oily traffic film, asphalt and wheel weight adhesive. 3D lists it as "Safe for clearcoat paint, chrome, glass, plastic, rubber and vinyl surfaces", and describes the formula as non spotting.

Work on a small area at a time. Apply to a microfiber towel or directly to the deposit, give it a moment to dissolve and emulsify, then wipe away and follow with a wash or a quick detailer so no residue is left sitting on the paint. Because it fully breaks the material down, wipe off is quick and you avoid picking at a tar spot with your fingernail. It works inside the car too, on the sticky candy residue that ends up on a console.
