3D ONE Polish, Quart

3D ONE is a two in one: it cuts like a compound and finishes like a polish, so a single bottle covers both ends of paint correction. The abrasive is 3D's alpha ceramic alumina technology, where the ceramic offsets the heat that alumina oxide conducts, which is how they address burn through from excess surface temperature. 3D is clear that there are no fillers in it, so what you see after the wipe off is the actual state of the paint rather than something masked until the first wash.

You change the cut by changing the pad and the tool, not the bottle. A rotary with a wool cutting pad is the aggressive end for deep defects; an orbital with a soft foam finishing pad takes it to show car gloss. 3D also notes it does not dry up on you mid panel, which is the difference between a long buffing cycle and a frustrating one.
