Acana describes this recipe as built from “60% animal ingredients and 40% wholesome grains, fruit, vegetables and nutrients,” with duck as its single protein source, designed for dogs with sensitivities or selective appetites. Acana states this formula is formulated to meet the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages, except for growth of large breed dogs 70 pounds or more as an adult.

First ingredients: duck, duck meal, oat groats, whole sorghum, duck liver, duck fat and whole pumpkin. Acana’s guaranteed analysis is:

Acana's feeding chart is based on the dog's weight and activity level using its own online calculator, fed twice daily with fresh water available, with a 5 to 7 day transition period recommended when switching foods.
