American Pie Flyer

The American Pie Flyer is a soft flying disc for dogs who would fetch until dark if you let them. American Dog says it is perfect for all retrieving breeds and for high energy dogs. Because it is fabric rather than hard plastic, it is kinder on a dog's mouth on the catch.

The disc is 8 inches across, 3 eighths of an inch thick at the rim and 1 inch at the centre, and it is built from 1000D nylon. It squeaks, it floats and it flies, and American Dog says a flick of the wrist is enough to launch it. Since it floats, it is as much a lake toy as a park toy. Supervised play is always recommended, as no dog toy is indestructible.
