Most paw products are thick and waxy and sit on top doing very little, while the maker describes this one as a lightweight lotion made with mango butter, almond oil and calendula that sinks in instead, leaving no waxy residue and no slippery floors behind it.
The maker's directions are simple. Work the cream into clean paws, the nose or dry patches and rub it in until it is absorbed, going carefully around the nostrils when you use it on a nose. Start with daily applications, then move to weekly or as needed. The tube travels better than a tin, which matters if it is going in a walking bag or the glove box for winter sidewalks.
