Your dog has great taste, and it turns out to be spicy. The Chili Peppers toy is a red pepper shaped squeaky fetch and tug toy that comes in three sizes, so you can match it to a dachshund or a Great Dane. American Dog makes it for fetch and for tug, which means it works whether your dog brings things back or refuses to on principle.
Small measures 8 inches overall with a 5 inch chili body, medium is 11 inches overall with a 7.5 inch body, and large is 14 inches overall with a 10 inch body. All three are built from 1000D nylon. It squeaks and it floats. American Dog quotes one customer who was surprised by how well it holds up to fetch and tug, and another who approved of the construction largely on musical grounds. Supervised play is always recommended, as no dog toy is indestructible.
