The Collars Seatbelt is American Dog's dog collar made from automotive seatbelt webbing, the same first quality material used in cars. It is a straightforward piece of gear for owners who would rather buy one good collar than keep buying cheap ones, and American Dog pitches it at large dogs and power breeds as well as everything smaller.
The webbing is 100 percent polyester automotive first quality seatbelt webbing with a 6,000 pound tensile strength, sewn in half to a finished 1 inch width. It is UV inhibited, and American Dog says it will not shrink, rot, mold or mildew. The hardware is heavy duty brass. Four sizes cover 8 to 13 inches, 13 to 19 inches, 17 to 22 inches and 19 to 31 inches, in black, red, coyote, olive and navy. American Dog also makes a matching seatbelt leash if you want the pair.
