Knife Dog Toy

The Knife Dog Toy looks alarming from across the dog park and is completely harmless up close. It is a knife shaped squeaky fetch toy, and American Dog built it for fetch lovers and for gentle to moderate players of all sizes rather than for dogs who set out to shred everything they own.

The toy measures 12 inches long by 2 inches wide and is sewn from 1000D nylon, the same fabric American Dog uses on its flyers. It squeaks when a dog grabs it and it floats, so it goes in the pool and out to the lake as easily as it goes across the yard. The long, flat shape gives a dog an easy carry point, which is most of the reason it ends up being paraded around rather than dropped. American Dog recommends supervised play, and says plainly that no dog toy is indestructible.
