The Figure 8 Seatbelt Tug is two red loops joined in the middle, which gives your dog several angles to take hold of and gives you a loop that stays clear of their mouth. American Dog builds it for power tuggers of all sizes and offers it to owners who want something other than a rope toy. It also throws well for fetch.

The toy is 1 inch by 10 inches by 6 inches with two 5 inch tuggable loops. It is sewn from 100 percent polyester automotive first quality seatbelt webbing rated at 6,000 pounds tensile strength, the same webbing found in car belts. American Dog points to the soft mouth feel as the reason people move over from rope, and the webbing is UV inhibited so it will not shrink, rot, mold or mildew. Supervised play is always recommended, as no dog toy is indestructible.
