The webbing is 100 percent polyester automotive first quality seatbelt material with a 6,000 pound tensile strength, and the toy measures 1 by 12 by 5 inches. American Dog describes the mouth feel as soft, which makes it a sensible substitute for a rope toy that sheds strands across the rug. The webbing is UV inhibited, so it will not shrink, rot, mold or mildew after a wet afternoon in the yard.
