Fetchably fuzzy. The Nuggle Ball is a 5 inch super soft plush ball for the dog who would rather snuggle than wrestle. American Dog makes it for gentle players and cuddle lovers of all sizes and says it is not recommended for aggressive players, so this is the ball for the small dog, the puppy, or the senior who still wants a game.

It is 5 inches in diameter, wrapped in super soft minky fleece and stuffed with poly dacron plus upcycled minky fleece scraps. It squeaks and it floats. The soft build means it does not skitter away across a hardwood floor the way a rubber ball does, which makes indoor fetch a good deal less destructive to your furniture. American Dog shares a five star review from a pug named Francis, which tells you roughly the size of dog this suits. Supervised play is always recommended, as no dog toy is indestructible.
