P&S Bead Maker Paint Protectant, Pint

The pint spray bottle, which is how most people meet Bead Maker. P&S calls it a product that "makes paint protection easier and faster than ever before" thanks to a formulation that "allows for quick spray application." The chemistry they describe is a surface migrating molecule that attaches to the paint, then cross links and polymerizes into a hydrophobic durable layer, which is where the beading comes from.

Use it as the final step of a wash. P&S says it "may be applied to wet or dry vehicles and is safe to spray all exterior surfaces," so you can mist panels while the car is still wet from the rinse and wipe through with a drying towel. It also carries UV protection, described by P&S as a combination of a UV filter and UV stabilizers. Cure time is roughly two hours depending on ambient conditions, so park it dry. A pint covers a lot of washes at a light mist.
