P&S Headlight Restoration Polish, Quart

Headlight Restoration Polish is the finishing half of the P&S headlight system. P&S calls it "the ideal product to eliminate swirls, scratches and restore optical clarity to headlights" and "a moderately aggressive leveling polish designed to produce incredible brilliance and depth in one buffing step." It is the step that turns a sanded or compounded lens from hazy back to clear, so it follows correction rather than replacing it.

P&S says to use it with a conventional or foam pad to produce high quality results in a production environment, which in a home bay means a dual action polisher and a foam finishing pad. Work one lens at a time, keep the pad flat against the curve, and wipe the residue before it dries. P&S sells this polish in a quart only, and a quart of finishing polish covers a great many headlights, so plan on sharing it with the compound step rather than buying to use up.
