P&S Shine All Performance Dressing, 5 Gallon

Shine All is a water based performance dressing from the P&S Double Black Renny Doyle line, built specifically as a high performance tire dressing. P&S says it outperforms competitive water based tire dressings and is meant for car washes, detail shops and rental fleets, the places that dress dozens of tires a day. Although it is formulated for exterior use, the maker also allows it as an interior dressing to condition, soften, preserve and protect leather, rubber and vinyl surfaces. It produces a glossy finish.

The label calls it primarily a ready to use product that may be diluted with water if you want to adjust how heavy the finish lands. Clean and dry the surface first, spray or hand apply depending on the job, let it dry, then wipe away any excess. This is the five gallon pail, a volume that only makes sense for a shop, a fleet or a very long season of weekend work.
