The Brandywine Valley SPCA is Pennsylvania's first no-kill, open-admission shelter — caring for 27,000+ animals a year across their campuses in Pennsylvania and Delaware. They're our local partner and one of the biggest reasons so many dogs in our area find their shotgun seat.
