Scrub-a-Pup-Pup is a foaming paw cleanser in a 200 ml, or 6.7 fl oz, bottle with a silicone brush head built into the pump, so the foam and the scrubber reach the paw at the same time. It is built for the everyday version of dog washing rather than a full bath: four muddy feet come back from the park, and they are heading for the rug. The maker says the silicone bristles get between the toes and into the paw pads where a wipe cannot, and describes the formula as hypoallergenic and pH-balanced. Cleo&Hooman lists it as free from sulfates, parabens, synthetic fragrances and artificial colorants.
The maker's routine takes about a minute. Have a towel ready, shake the bottle so the contents are mixed, pump the foam straight onto the paw, massage it into the paw and between the toes for full coverage, then wipe with the towel or let it air dry. It is also sold in two and three bottle packs, which is what you want if one bottle lives by the back door and another by the car.
