Small measures 5.5 inches by 5.5 inches by 1.25 inches, medium is 8.75 inches by 8.75 inches by 1.75 inches, and large is 11 inches by 11 inches by 2 inches. The front is 1000D nylon and the back is soft minky fleece, with poly dacron and upcycled minky fleece scraps inside. It squeaks and it floats, so it handles water fetch as well as the yard.
