The Pearl Puck is what The Rag Company calls an industry first collaboration between The Rag Company and Autofiber. It pairs The Rag Company Pearl microfiber weave on the outside with Autofiber signature plastic barrier and a dense foam core. The barrier is the reason it exists: The Rag Company states it prevents excess coating from seeping into the core, so the coating you paid for ends up on the paint instead of soaked into the sponge. The result, in their words, is an ergonomic ceramic coating applicator and a smooth coating application experience.

Fold a coating towel nearby, wrap or lay your suede over the puck if your coating calls for it, and lay the product down in overlapping passes on one panel before you level it. The round, compact shape suits contoured panels and tight spots such as wheel faces. The Rag Company lists it for ceramic coatings, waxes and sealants, so it is not a single use tool.
