RBL Products describes the BORO-21 as a random orbital polisher built to deliver professional grade paint correction, combining a 21mm throw with variable speed for automotive and marine work. The 21mm throw is the long stroke class, which is what covers a panel quickly on a dual action machine.

The specification list is straightforward: a 6 inch backing plate, 2000 to 4500 RPM, a soft touch grip and a one touch on and off switch. It ships with two 21 volt 7.5 amp hour lithium ion batteries and one charger, so one pack is charging while the other is working. Losing the cord matters more than it sounds: no more dragging a line across fresh paint, and no more planning the job around where the outlet is. Pair it with a 5 or 6 inch foam or microfiber pad and a compound matched to the defect you are chasing.
