RUPES UNO Advanced Protection and Maintenance Polish, 250 ml

UNO Advanced is RUPES' finishing polish with protection built into it. RUPES describes a proprietary formula developed, blended and packaged in house, combining micro abrasive technology with nano protection, which removes minor imperfections while creating a durable layer that the maker says provides up to twelve months of protection against environmental contaminates and makes cleaning easier. It can be used as a stand alone step for light correction, gloss enhancement and protection, or as the follow up after more aggressive compounding.

RUPES states it is universally compatible with all machine movement types and can be used on any non porous surface, including single stage and clear coat paint, varnishes, gelcoat, powder coat and aluminum. The maker's own tips are worth following. UNO Advanced separates in the bottle, so RUPES says to shake it before first use and before reloading your pad each time. RUPES recommends the D-A Ultra-Fine foam and D-A Ultra-Fine microfiber pads for light correction and enhancement, and the D-A Medium wool pad for increased defect removal. Finally, RUPES states the product cures over a period of four hours after application, and to avoid exposure to water during that time, so this is not the last job before rain.
