An adapter fixes position; length still has to match the coat. On E-Collar Technologies' 302-breed chart, 43 breeds take the Micro 3/8" point, most of them small and toy breeds. Look up your dog's breed in the contact point finder to confirm before you order, or use the 30-second coat check there if your dog is a mix.
