AAFCO: Pro Plan Adult 7+ Bright Mind Beef & Brown Rice Entrée is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for maintenance of adult dogs (per manufacturer). Water is the first ingredient.

This wet entree is sold in a 10 oz tub rather than a can, and is formulated for dogs age 7 and older as part of Purina's Bright Mind platform. By pre-cook weight, its first five ingredients are water, beef, wheat gluten, liver and brown rice, with a vegetable oil described on the label as a source of medium-chain triglycerides appearing further down the list; that oil is the ingredient tied to Purina's own research on senior cognitive support, though the label itself only makes the standard AAFCO maintenance claim rather than any cognitive claim on the nutrition panel. The manufacturer's feeding instructions call for one 10 oz tub per 10 to 12.5 lb of body weight daily, divided into two or more meals, or a partial tub combined with dry Pro Plan Adult 7+ Bright Mind formula. Dogs who lose interest in a rotation often take it again with a single ingredient freeze dried topper crumbled over the top.
