AAFCO: Breed Health Nutrition Rottweiler Adult is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for maintenance. Chicken by-product meal is the first ingredient.

Rottweiler Adult is formulated for purebred Rottweilers 18 months and older. Its first five ingredients by pre cooking weight are chicken by-product meal, chicken fat, brown rice, corn and brewers rice, the rendered meal and a named fat ahead of three grain sources. It carries the highest metabolizable energy density among the standard breed adult formulas in this slice at 3,895 kcal/kg, and guarantees taurine and L-carnitine, which the manufacturer connects to heart health, plus a comparatively high glucosamine minimum of 891 mg/kg for bone and joint support. Royal Canin states the kibble shape is adapted to the Rottweiler's strong, broad jaw. The feeding table covers dogs 88 to 128 lb across low, medium and high activity in cups and grams. It ships in a 30 lb bag. Dogs who lose interest in a rotation often take it again with a single ingredient freeze dried topper crumbled over the top.
