The 1980’s buckle martingale dog collar is 2 Hounds Design's martingale with a buckle, made in North Carolina, so it clips on and off without going over the head and still snugs when the dog pulls.
2 Hounds Design calls the pattern line EarthStyle and says the webbing is made from recycled plastic bottles. Width and size are chosen from the options. For size, 2 Hounds Design says to choose the smallest size that goes over the head.
