The Classic Winter Plaid dog collar is a flat buckle collar made by 2 Hounds Design in North Carolina, for the dog who wears tags all day and walks on a harness.
The maker lines it with Swiss velvet on both sides for the Elite version. Width and size are chosen from the options. For size, 2 Hounds Design says to measure the neck and choose the smallest size that still fits. Hardware comes in brass or silver.
